On Saturday, November 19, MI-EL Christian School held the first retreat addressed to parents and guardians, “Reconnected with God and our Family”.
The speakers of this event were engineer and communicator Hiddekel Morrison, Mr. and Mrs. Beato, servants of the family ministry at Elim Ministries Church, and Pastor Edwin Polanco, family counselor.
The topics discussed were Effective guardians in the midst of a cyber-generation, The Role of Parents in the Household and Committed Parents, Healthy Children.
The retreat was held at the Elim´s Auditorium from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm.
El sábado 19 de noviembre, MI-EL Christian School celebró su primer retiro dirigido a padres, madres y tutores con el título “Reconectados con Dios y con nuestra familia”.
En esta actividad participaron como expositores el ingeniero y comunicador Hiddekel Morrison, los esposos Daniel y Jeannette Beato, servidores del ministerio de familia en la Iglesia de Cristo Ministerios Elim, y el Pastor Edwin Polanco, asesor familiar.
Los temas disertados fueron Guardianes efectivos en medio de una generación cibernética, El Rol de los Padres en el Hogar y Padres Comprometidos, Hijos Saludables.
El retiro se llevó a cabo en el Auditorio de Ministerios Elim de 8:30am a 2:00PM.
