El pastor Fernando Ortiz junto a su esposa Walesca de Ortiz, tuvieron la visión de levantar nuevas generaciones de estudiantes fortalecidos a través de los Principios de la Verdad Bíblica, y así producir testimonios vivos de Jesucristo. en esta sociedad y para el mundo entero.
La Junta Directiva de Ministerios Elim es la autoridad que ha designado la junta de MECS, con el fin de velar por el cumplimiento y desarrollo de la filosofía educativa, misión, visión y propósitos del colegio.
La Directiva ha establecido las políticas de gestión para la institución, procurando que Cristo sea el pilar y centro del colegio.
