Olga has 25 years’ experience in the field of education. She holds a degree in Psychology, a Postgraduate degree in Early Education from INTEC, and a Masters of Education from Framingham State College. She has held leadership positions including Pre-School Coordinator, Elementary Coordinator, Secondary Coordinator, Academic Principal, and Head of School. She is knowledgeable in accreditation processes with the organization AdvancED, and is also a university professor at UNIBE. She has collaborated in teacher training programs in the public sector, including EDUCA PIPE and USAID LEER.

Mr. Aracena has 31 years in the gospel, giving a visible testimony of faithfulness and a life consecrated to God. He earned his BA from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM), and his MA of Specialized Senior Management in Finance from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC). His professional profile has been complemented with different courses and seminars related to: Leadership, Production, Quality, Memorable Service, The use of English as a second language, among others. He has extensive experience teaching in both undergraduate and graduate levels.

My love for education started at an early age and it has certainly been a road of much learning and growing. I majored in Law at PUCMM, and have a Master’s degree in Curriculum, Pedagogy, and Assessment from the Institute of Education of UCL, London. I have a little over 10 years of teaching experience in different levels. I came to the Lord at the end of my teenage years and I enjoy serving Him in whatever He has me doing.

I studied Early Childhood Education. I have 12 years of experience in this field and this will be my fifth year as ECE Coordinator. I have completed many courses to improve and keep myself updated with different methods and teaching strategies. Some of the courses made are from online Harvard Graduate School of Education, Didáctica, Heinemann Professional Development, ACSI, Fountas and Pinnell Literacy and others. Currently I am studying my masters degree in “Teacher’s emotional intelligence”.

I have more than 17 years of experience in the educational field. I majored in Bachelor of Market Administration at UNPHU. I have a Teacher Qualification (UCSD), a Differential Pedagogy Diploma, and I am currently doing a Pedagogical Coordination certification. I was a teacher for four years at MECS and this is my eight year as the Elementary Coordinator. I am passionate about teaching and I feel committed to continue serving the Lord, having an education of excellence, but above all by sowing His Word, which will transform lives that will impact all around them.

Education is my gift. Christian Education is my calling. I have held a Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Missouri – St. Louis since May 2012. I am a sinner saved by God’s grace and grateful that God ordered my steps and led me to MI-EL Christian School. In this, my fifth year as part of the MECS community, I am confident that the best time is now! When I am not at MECS, I enjoy worshiping, getting to know new places within the country, and spending time with my husband and baby girl!

I am from Colombia, but God’s mercy and His plans brought me to this beautiful country almost 22 years ago. I have a degree in Preschool Education, Psychology and Theology. Additionally I have a specialization in Montessori Education and I have a Master’s Degree in Christian Education. Education is definitely my passion as well as serving the Lord. I have been part of MECS for 21 years, through which I have been a teacher in different grades and levels. Since the 2012-2013 school year I have had the privilege of serving in this place as Coordinator of the Spiritual Growth Area. I am very grateful and expectant for this school year that begins.

I am a daughter of God by His grace, a woman passionate about collaborating in the advancement of the kingdom of God through all the doors that God opens for us. I have served at MECS from the year 2012 as Spanish teacher in the Secondary level. For the past 34 years I have worked in the educational field not only as a profession but also in the church to which I belong to. I have completed two master’s degrees: Master’s in Pastoral Theology with the Latin American Theological College (FATELA) and Master’s in Christian Education with Indiana Wesleyan University. I have the privilege of serving you as Coordinator of the area of Lengua Española, Ciencias Sociales y Lenguas Extranjeras ​​(French and Mandarin). We call our coordination ESLE. For me it is a joy to serve you.

I hold a B.A. in Education from Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña (UNPHU) and a teaching certification (TKT) from Cambridge University of England. I have had the privilege of serving in the field of education for the past 21 years. I have the honor of being the Counselor from Nido to 5th grade. I studied School Psychology at the Universidad Católica of Santo Domingo. I have a postgraduate degree in Early Childhood Education at INTEC University, and a specialty in the Montessori Method endorsed by INTEC University. I have 28 years of experience in the education field. I am passionate about helping others and fulfilling on this earth the purpose that the Lord has for me.

I hold a Bachelor Degree in Clinical Psychology, a Postgraduate in School Psychology, Diplomas in Family Counseling, Psychometric Assessments, Early Stimulation, Literacy and Child Abuse. I am Certified in Career Direct, and Speech and Family Rights. I have 24 years of experience, and 21 of them working at MI-EL Christian School. My mission is to accompany and guide students, teachers and families from 6^th to 12^th grade, through immediate assistance, adequate intervention and individual service, creating a sincere bond. I carry out my work with vocation, passion, respect, honesty, integrity, and above all love.

I am a born again Christian, wife and mom, passionate about working for God’s kingdom by helping others. I have 16 years of experience in the field of education and psychology. I hold a Bachelor degree in Educational Psychology at UNIBE, a master degree in Family Therapy at UCSD and in Bilingual Education at Universidad Tecnológica TECH. My mission is to guide and provide personalized instruction for those students working below level in English through the Learning Assistance Program (LEAP). I pursue that the students in the program can achieve grade level skills in the English language through fun learning activities. It will be a pleasure for me to assist students, teachers and parents in this new journey.

I’ve been part of the MECS family since March 2016. I have 16 years in the gospel. I majored in Social Communication with a minor in Public Relations at UASD. I also hold a Master’s Degree in Business Management and Administration with a specialization in Digital Marketing from Escuela de Organización Industrial (EOI), and an International Diploma in Leadership, Social Responsibility and Sustainability from Universidad Nacional Evangélica and Centro Regional Ecuménico de Asesoría y Servicio. I have 3 children enrolled at MECS.
