MECS PRACTICES EVACUATION
On November 8th, 2018, the entire MI-EL CHRISTIAN SCHOOL community participated in a mass-evacuation drill, in order to familiarize all the students and staff of the school with the process of evacuating in case of an emergency.
This exercise was carried out with the assistance of Mr. Juan Marmolejos, Risk Management Consultant, as part of the Risk and Emergency Management Plan that we are developing as a school.
The experience was very positive, allowing us to measure the time it takes to carry out the evacuation and to point out some matters to be improved.

MECS PRACTICA EVACUACIÓN
El pasado 8 de noviembre de 2018, toda la comunidad de MI-EL CHRISTIAN SCHOOL participó de un proceso de evacuación hacia los puntos de encuentro identificados en la institución, con el fin de familiarizar a todos los estudiantes y personal con el proceso de evacuación en caso de ocurrir una eventualidad o desastre.
Este ejercicio se realizó con la asistencia del Lic. Juan Marmolejos, Consultor en Gestión de Riesgos, como parte del Plan de Gestión de Riesgo y Emergencia que como colegio estamos desarrollando.
La experiencia fue muy positiva, permitiendo medir el tiempo que toma realizar el desalojo y puntualizar algunos asuntos a mejorar.
